A nationally respected, independently operated public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Partner to build and lead its Raleigh market presence

This is an entrepreneurial leadership role for a Partner who wants autonomy with support.

The Tax Partner will lead the development and expansion of the firm’s Raleigh practice, serving as a visible leader in the business community while building a strong local team and client base.

• Establish and grow the Raleigh tax practice
• Develop and expand relationships with middle-market and entrepreneurial businesses
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local tax team
• Drive business development and market visibility
• Leverage the firm’s national platform and referral network
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategic growth and succession planning

• Current Partner, Principal, or Director ready for partnership
• Strong market presence or desire to build in the Raleigh area
• Demonstrated business development success
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long‑term growth vision
• CPA required
