This is an entrepreneurial leadership role for a Partner who wants autonomy with support.
Role OverviewThe Tax Partner will lead the development and expansion of the firm’s Raleigh practice, serving as a visible leader in the business community while building a strong local team and client base.
This is a true builder’s opportunity — combining independence with national scale.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and grow the Raleigh tax practice
- Develop and expand relationships with middle-market and entrepreneurial businesses
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local tax team
- Drive business development and market visibility
- Leverage the firm’s national platform and referral network
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategic growth and succession planning
- Current Partner, Principal, or Director ready for partnership
- Strong market presence or desire to build in the Raleigh area
- Demonstrated business development success
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a long‑term growth vision
- CPA required
- Independent firm — no private equity ownership
- Significant autonomy to build a Raleigh platform
- Backed by national infrastructure and capital support
