Firehouse Subs -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee shift operations to ensure profitable operation within guidelines and standards.;
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.;
Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and initiatives.;
Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.;
Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and on schedule.
