Known for their stability and forward-thinking leadership, they are opening a new Raleigh office and seeking a dynamic professional to anchor their local operations. This isn't just a "maintenance" role; it is a ground-floor opportunity to build systems and culture for a firm that is actively scaling.
The RoleThis position is perfect for an Office Administrator or Assistant Manager with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to step into a lead role. You will oversee the daily heartbeat of the Raleigh office, ensuring attorneys and staff have the infrastructure they need to provide elite legal services.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Setup:
Manage the daily logistics of a growing office, from vendor relations to facility management. - Team Coordination:
Supervise administrative staff and streamline internal communication workflows. - Financial Admin:
Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and billing coordination. - HR Support:
Facilitate local onboarding for new hires as the Raleigh team continues to expand. - Process Improvement:
Identify and implement "best practices" to maintain efficiency during the firm’s growth spurt.
- Experience:
3+ years of professional office management or high-level administrative experience (legal industry preferred but not required). - Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of MS Office 365 and the ability to learn legal practice management software quickly. - Soft Skills:
Exceptional "people skills" and a solutions-oriented mindset. - Reliability: A proven track record of managing competing priorities in a professional services environment.
