RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Area Team Lead to join our team. The Area Team Lead is responsible for guiding and coordinating the team’s activities, ensuring they meet operational goals, and deliver exceptional results. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to inspire and motivate team members. This is an opportunity for a long‑term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Establish clear team objectives and a productive work environment.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Generate regular reports on team performance, productivity, and achievements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Area Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience in the petroleum industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry practices and standards.
