Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned region
- Drive accountability for key performance indicators such as work order completion, service quality, and process adherence
- Ensure achievement of financial targets
- Supervise a team of 5-10 skilled technicians
- Oversee the trades – handyman, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, floorcare, landscaping and snow removal
- Provide staff development, coaching, and feedback
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues
- Manage 40-50 buildings across the region
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with operations and maintenance for multi-site commercial properties
- Facility Management, IFM experience preferred
- Must be willing to travel and participate in after‑hours/on call support
- Ability to travel 40% depending on location; 3-5 nights per month overnight travel
Demonstrates expertise in overseeing operations and maintenance for multi‑site commercial properties, with a strong focus on achieving financial targets and managing a diverse team of technicians. Proven ability to drive accountability for key performance indicators and provide effective staff development and coaching.
