Services Project Manager II

Responsibilities

• Ensure services projects and customers are managed professionally and customer-focused
• Drive cooperation between resources to deliver solutions to customers
• Collect and review project information to execute projects successfully
• Support generation and review of quotes and invoices for accuracy
• Generate and process change orders efficiently
• Monitor, participate and communicate in project management
• Attend site visits and customer meetings
• Coordinate resources and assign individual responsibilities
• Establish project risk levels and communicate them to customers

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Knowledge of ASME and CSA standards
• Knowledge of pipeline operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to make decisions affecting project execution
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal, commercial and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
