Director of Recruiting, Enrollment Management, and Educational Partnerships

NC State University is hiring a Director of Recruiting, Enrollment Management, and Educational Partnerships. This role leads recruitment and enrollment strategies for the College of Engineering, oversees educational partnerships and pathway programs, manages budgets, and fosters donor relationships to expand scholarship support. The director collaborates with university partners and stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals and enhance student success.

• Lead recruitment and enrollment strategies to support College of Engineering goals and growth.
• Partner with the Office of Admissions on recruitment standards, targets, and strategies.
• Oversee pathway programs such as 2+2 Regional and 3+2 dual-degree with community colleges.
• Manage recruitment and partnership budgets and ensure alignment with policies.
• Develop and lead direct reports, promoting effective team performance.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Foundation to increase scholarship revenue and manage award processes.
• Support recruitment marketing and strategic planning initiatives.
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, and Adobe Acrobat/Fox-it.
• Minimum of an advanced degree and three years in recruitment, enrollment management, or related higher education fields; alternatively, a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license required.
• Compensation range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually.
• Position part of NC State's Engineering - Academic Affairs department.
