Dynamiq, a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Comfort Solutions, combines the resources and stability of the 50-Year Total Comfort organization with the expanded offering of the Dynamiq brand. We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead and grow our Charlotte operation. This is an opportunity for an experienced service-business leader who is energized by building high-performing teams, developing people, growing market share and delivering measurable business results.

Our Charlotte operation has a strong foundation and significantly untapped growth potential. We are looking for a GM who can turn that potential into performance —
growing the business responsibly and profitably while building a team known for exceptional service.

You’ll have the resources, established processes and support of Total Comfort Solutions behind you. We need a leader who can execute within a proven system, develop people and build upon a strong foundation to take the Charlotte operation to its next level.
