Inthisrole,youwillserveasakeypointofcontactforcustomers,coordinatingwithglobalexecutionteams,fieldpersonnel,suppliers,andinternalstakeholderstoresolvetechnicalandproject-related challenges.

Youwilloverseemultipleprojectssimultaneously,ensuringcommitmentsaredeliveredsafely,ontime,andinalignmentwithcontractualrequirements.

Thepositionofferstheopportunitytoworkoncomplexpowersystemprojects,manageremoteteamsandspecializedengineeringresources,andcontributetothereliabilityandmodernizationoftheelectricgrid.

Successinthisrolerequiresacombinationofprojectmanagementexpertise,customer engagement,issue resolution,risk management,andcollaborationacrossabroadnetworkofinternalandexternalpartners.

• Serveastheprimarycustomercontactforserviceandproject-relatedneedsthroughoutprojectexecution.
• Takeownershipofcustomerissuesandcoordinateresolutionwithinternalteams,suppliers,andexternalstakeholders.
• Partner with Global Execution Centerstoaddresssiteandoperationalchallengesefficiently .
• Managemultipleserviceandprojectactivitiessimultaneouslywhilefollowingestablishedprojectexecutionprocesses.
• Coordinateandsupportremoteworkcrewsandspecializedengineeringresourcestoensuresuccessfuldelivery.
• Monitorprojectschedules,costs,cashflow,risks,andkeymilestonestoachieveprojectcommitments.
• Communicateprojectstatus,progress,risks,andpotentialissuestocustomersandstakeholderswithappropriatedetail.
• Supportscopemanagement,change management,andcommercialopportunitieswhilemaintainingpositivecustomerrelationships.
• Responsibletoensurecompliancewithapplicableexternalandinternalregulations,procedures,and guidelines.

• Candidatemustalreadyhaveworkauthorizationthatwouldpermitthemtoworkfor Hitachi Energyinthe United States .
• Bachelor'sdegreein

• Experiencemanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneouslywhilemaintainingattentiontodetailandquality.
• Provenaccomplishmentsincriticalthinkingandissueresolution.
• Strong communication,collaboration,and relationship-buildingskillsacrossdiversestakeholdergroups.
• Experiencemanagingprojectcosts,schedules,andcustomerexpectationsinaserviceorprojectenvironment.
