Johnnie-O is looking for an amazing Sample Coordinator to join our Production team! Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a team player, extremely detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that the sample production process operates smoothly and efficiently. We’re also looking for someone who wants to grow, learn, and to strategize ways to make the production process smoother, and ultimately play a major role in the success of the company.

• Liaison between Production, Vendors, Sales Team and the Design Team to manage sample ordering, timing and distribution
• Maintain SMS Work in Progress (WIP) reports weekly, following up with vendors on sample timing and shipping
• Partner closely with the warehouse team to ensure samples are processed correctly on inbound and outbound
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the sample closet
• Coordinate packing, shipping and tracking samples for seasonal photo shoots (e-comm, soft goods studio shoots, lifestyle location shoots)
• Oversee sample management with major accounts
• Manage tradeshow logistics to ensure timely arrival and return of sample sets
• Lead the sale and clean out old samples at the end of the season
• Support the management of design and production sample data in the Company’s ERP (PO entry, SKU creation, HTS code management, etc.)
• Complete other duties as assigned

• BA/BS in related field and/or 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication with factories and fellow employees
• Team player - ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Prior Experience with Full Circle, Blue Cherry or similar ERP a plus
