Join Millennium Print Group as a Slitter Operator S1
! We’re looking for a Slitter Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on production work and want to be part of a fast-paced environment producing world-class trading cards, this is your opportunity to grow with an industry leader.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + shift differentials + full benefits package
What You’ll Do- Operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality trading cards that meet production and quality standards
- Review job instructions and follow production schedules accurately
- Make routine machine and feeder adjustments to maintain productivity and quality
- Inspect product samples throughout the shift and document results
- Communicate job status and equipment conditions during shift changes
- Record production, downtime, and job details in manufacturing systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet on-time delivery goals
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or equipment operation preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
