Join Millennium Print Group as a Bindery Supervisor! We are seeking an experienced Bindery/Finishing Supervisor to lead daily production activities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures quality, productivity, and safety standards are consistently achieved while supporting continuous improvement within the finishing department.

Location: Raleigh, NC

Schedule: Onsite Shift

Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package

• Lead bindery and finishing production operations
• Supervise machine setup and ensure alignment with job specifications
• Monitor production quality and verify documentation accuracy
• Coordinate workflow according to production schedules
• Generate production reports and maintain records
• Coach and support operators to maintain performance standards
• Promote safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to apply basic math and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
