This is a full‑time, shop‑floor role located in Raleigh, NC for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator. The CNC Machine Operator will manage and oversee the operation of a V807 Plasma Beam Line to produce steel components. Responsibilities include setting up machinery, performing routine maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and quality of cuts and cutting operations, and conducting inspections to maintain quality control standards.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling CNC equipment
• Knowledge and experience in Plasma cutting processes
• Skills in Machinery operation and troubleshooting to ensure optimized performance
• Awareness and implementation of Quality Control standards during fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication shop drawings and Gather sheets
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols
• Prior experience in industrial or structural fabrication is a plus
• Skills with windows based PCs and Android based tablets
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machining or CNC operation are preferred

• Skills in fit up or layout of structural steel
