Join nVent as a Product Manager, where you'll help shape how sophisticated, engineered solutions are defined, built, and brought to market-working closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and field teams to turn uncertainty into scalable, realworld outcomes.

** Ideal candidates will work a hybrid work schedule, with 4 days/week on-site in Anoka, MN or Raleigh, NC. **

• Own and implement endtoend product lifecycle management, including product line strategy, multiyear roadmaps, and technology plans for engineered, hardwarebased product portfolios with global market responsibility.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Development Process (PDP) initiatives by developing strong, data backed product recommendations, including customer needs, product requirements, feature definition, competitive positioning, financial projections, and gotomarket strategy.
• Drive cross functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and timely delivery performance.
• Lead Voice of the Customer (VOC), market, and competitive research efforts to inform product planning, portfolio optimization, and identification of new product and service opportunities.
• Develop and communicate compelling, quantified value propositions and pricing rationale that clearly differentiate products for customers, channel partners, and sales teams.
• Partner with regional and global marketing teams to support gotomarket strategies, product launches, and creation of sales enablement and marketing collateral.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for assigned product lines, supporting internal teams, customers, and channel partners while driving continuous improvement within the product management function.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in technical or hardware product management, product innovation, or new product development within engineered products, manufacturing, or industrial technology environments.
• Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical systems knowledge gained through handson experience, manufacturing exposure, or close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Consistent track record leading complex, cross functional, matrixed teams and owning initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Strong business and project leadership skills, including experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and profitability.
• Experience collaborating with commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, distributors, contractors, and/or manufacturer's representatives; data center, power, cooling, or infrastructure experience is helpful.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% annually, including domestic overnight travel and occasional international travel.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
