As the Training Program Leader, you will drive strategic alignment, governance, and best practices across multiple sites, ensuring our training systems scale with rapid organizational growth. • Define and implement training strategies aligned with HUB and product line objectives.
• Ensure governance and compliance with training standards across all sites.
• Audit site training systems to assess maturity and identify improvements.
• Coach and mentor site training leaders to build capability and resilience.
• Collaborate with HUB managers and stakeholders for operational alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and ITM tools.
• Monitor KPIs and report on training effectiveness and workforce development.
• Conduct on-site assessments and participate in monthly operations reviews.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in training leadership roles, including multi-site responsibility.
• Hands‑on experience with lean management systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and critical‑to‑quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead change and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Preferred:
  Professional certifications (CPTD, CPLP), ISO 9001 familiarity, LMS expertise.
