Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
QualificationsAbility to learn and operate heavy industrial equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$22.00 to $28.75 per hour
