This position will be based at our Knightdale facility in Raleigh, NC. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Lead will oversee assigned manufacturing activities at the Siemens plant in Raleigh, NC, which includes training team members, developing strategies, and ensuring progress toward operational goals.

Hourly Rate: $24.79
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications Basic Qualifications- 5+ years work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of all operations in the area, material flow, and SAP transactions
- Demonstrated multi‑tasking skills in a dynamic environment
- Experience in training programs
- Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects
- Proficient experience using MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
- High School Degree/GED
- +5S/6S
- +Problem solving (A3, 8D, etc)
- Coordinating employees to fulfill the work schedule and supporting cross‑training initiatives defined by the Production Manager, including updating the training matrix
- Performing SAP transactions throughout the production process and updating reports/files for metric calculations
- Identifying and reporting production issues, proactively collaborating with relevant departments to resolve them
- Ensuring adherence to 5S/6S, Lean principles (VSM, Kaizens, Standard Work), and waste mitigation strategies
- Empowering the team, participating in equipment/work area cleaning, and ensuring tool calibration is completed as required
- Having excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Conforming with Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policy and Management System and striving to continually improve the intended outcomes of the Management System
- Utilizing digital documents for manufacturing processes and serving as a backup for the Production Manager as needed
