Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple functional areas
Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance metrics
Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and production teams
Monitor and improve operational KPIs, labor utilization, turnover, and overall efficiency
Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
Partner with planning, purchasing, inventory, and production teams to optimize operations
Identify and implement process, equipment, and facility improvements
Support budgeting and cost management initiatives
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and employee development
Ensure operational goals are achieved while meeting customer requirements
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
Experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment
Strong experience with metrics/KPI-driven decision making
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience improving operational performance and efficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experienceERP experience
Understanding of labor planning, cost control, and business metrics
Understanding of P&L concepts
Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, metals, plastics, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments
