Sheet Metal Fabrication Team Member

Carolina Commercial Systems is seeking an experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Fabrication Team Member to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who values safety, teamwork, and precision, and who can bring strong organizational skills and hands-on expertise to our fabrication operations.

• Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures, company guidelines, and supervisor direction
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specification
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Work overtime as needed to meet production goals

• 3–5 years of sheet metal fabrication experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols consistently
• Team player with a cooperative, professional attitude
• Must pass a drug screening, driving record check, and background check
