Night Shift Cnc Production Supervisor

Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift production.
• Mentor employees to improve their CNC manufacturing skills.
• Relay any processes, improvements ideas, and suggestions to day shift. Night shift is an important integral part of our continued success as a company.
• Monitor CMM inspection during night shift.
• Work within the company's ISO
  9001 and AS9100 requirements.

• 10-years minimum hands-on experience with CNC programming and set-up
• Minimum 3-year experience mentoring and managing employees.
• Strong people and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Good computer skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to multi-task as required.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
