The Electrification & Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We are looking for a Material Handler Level II to join our MCC - New PACS Facility. This position will be based in Wendell, NC. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials, including receiving, shipping, storage, picking, delivery, and inventory management.

6:00AM - 2:30PM
Hourly Rate: $20.36
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience in material management (warehousing).
- 3+ years' experience driving a forklift, order picker and stand up.
- 2+ years of experience with packing and crating.
- Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
You'll make an impact by:
- Safely operating stand-up reach trucks, stand-up order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic areas and narrow aisles; inspecting equipment daily.
- Unloading, receiving, counting, and verifying incoming production materials, recording data in SAP.
- Picking materials for internal and external customers using RF scanners with count accuracy.
- Performing daily cycle counts and efficiently packing and shipping materials damage-free.
- Adhering to safety rules, following established processes, and seeking improvement opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines
- Working as a great teammate and completing other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
