Crumbl Cookies Shift Lead
We are hiring part‑time, permanent Shift Leads who will primarily manage the production of cookies and lead the bakers during their shifts. No prior baker experience is required but is a plus.
Job Responsibilities- Providing customer service
- Operating kitchen equipment: oven, scales, food processor, etc.
- Preparing dough, shaping, frosting, and decorating cookies
- Maintaining proper storage of food products
- Keeping the facility clean
- Assisting in training and developing baker skills
- Implementing tools and processes to help Bakers daily
- Reporting shift status as needed
- Free cookie every shift worked
- Flexible schedule
- Paid training
