Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Color Blender Specialist to support our manufacturing operations by precisely blending and matching paint colors for industrial and commercial customers. In this role, you will mix batches to specification, operate color-matching instruments, and perform tests to verify color accuracy, coverage, and consistency. You'll document formulas, maintain equipment, and collaborate closely with production and quality teams to resolve color issues.

Working in a safety-focused, performance-driven environment, you'll receive training, growth opportunities, and exposure to industry-leading coatings technology.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately mix and adjust paint colors to meet customer and production specifications
  • Operate and calibrate color-matching instruments and tinting equipment
  • Conduct test batches and quality checks to ensure color consistency and performance
  • Document formulas, production runs, and adjustments in color databases
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to resolve color issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace following Sherwin-Williams safety standards
  • Troubleshoot color variances and recommend process improvements
  • Support training of team members on color blending procedures and tools
