Plant Manager

A leading filtration manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee a high-performance operation and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation while meeting production and quality goals
• Leading and developing both direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS
• Overseeing day-to-day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility
• Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance
• Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures
• Full-time, on-site position with some travel required

The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred
• 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5-7 years as a Plant Manager
• Experience leading teams of 100+ employees
• Experience in air filtration, industrial equipment, engineered products, or similar manufacturing environments preferred
• Turnaround and continuous improvement experience preferred
• Strong background in safety, quality, and environmental compliance
