Machine Operator Granite

Job description:

Shift: 1st 6 AM - 3 PM

• Fabricate edges, sides, corner radius, angles, and sink cutouts using the tools required in the process
• Verifies all pieces were checked, fabricated, and returned to the same cart number and checked in the tracking sheet as complete
• Meet daily productivity goals
• Verify the quality of finished work pieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, and measuring their dimensions
• Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, waterproof face mask, steel-toe boots)
• Assuring all work areas are cleaned and organized

• Experience in fabricating marble, granite, and Quartz
• Experience in Construction, Industrial, and Manufacturing fields
• Experience operating a forklift
• Blueprint reading is a plus
• CAD, Auto CAD

• High School Diploma/GED
• Spanish Speaking a plus

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.

This job requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
