Millennium Print Group is seeking an experienced Sr.
Director of Finishing & Packaging Operations to lead one of the most critical areas of our world-class manufacturing operation. If you're a transformational manufacturing leader with expertise in Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to shape the future of the world's largest trading card manufacturer.

• Lead Finishing and Packaging Operations to deliver exceptional performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach managers while creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, KPI-driven management systems, and operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize production planning, ERP utilization, scheduling, automation, and capital investment strategies.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor planning, operational expenditures, and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, quality systems, and customer expectations.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging manufacturing technologies and implementing best practices across finishing and packaging operations.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of manufacturing leadership experience
  , preferably within high-volume production environments.
• Experience managing multiple manufacturing departments or multi-site operations.
• Strong experience with ERP systems; ERP implementation experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Strong financial, analytical, leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
