Electronic Assembler

Position Summary The Electronic Assembler is responsible for supporting the assembly and build of electronic test fixtures, cable assemblies, and related hardware. This role will work closely with engineering and production teams to build and support test fixtures, with a primary focus on cabling activities. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical aptitude and is able to read and interpret electrical schematics.

Essential Responsibilities
• Assemble and build electronic test fixtures and related hardware.
• Route, terminate, and install cables and wire harnesses.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Support engineering and production teams with fixture builds and modifications.
• Perform assembly work accurately and efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly and wiring issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with cable assembly, wiring, and connector installation.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building electronic test fixtures.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or laboratory environment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills related to electrical assemblies and wiring. Additional Information
• Primary focus of the role is cabling and fixture build support.
• No soldering is required for this position.
• Hands-on assembly experience and schematic-reading skills are essential.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
