  • Operating laser-marking and tube-marking equipment to produce accurate identification for components, wires, and tubing.
  • Setting up assigned equipment, loading the correct materials, and selecting or verifying the required machine settings before production.
  • Monitoring equipment during production runs and responding to operating conditions that could affect safety, quality, or output.
  • Inspecting machined components, wire terminations, wire bundles, labels, and marked tubing for dimensions, identification, workmanship, and conformance to requirements.
  • Completing routine changeovers, operator-level adjustments, and basic troubleshooting within established procedures.
  • Escalating equipment, tooling, programming, material, or quality issues that cannot be corrected safely at the workstation.
  • Following standardized work instructions, safety requirements, equipment procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining an organized workstation and handling materials and completed work in a manner that prevents damage, mix-ups, or identification errors.
  • Participating in cross-training and rotating among CNC, wire-processing, laser-marking, tube-marking, and related production stations based on business needs.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying recurring equipment, material, quality, or workflow problems and communicating them to the appropriate team members.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
