Join Our Production Team! Primero Staffing is seeking dependable Production Team Members for one of our manufacturing and warehouse partners in the Raleigh area. • Perform assigned production, assembly, or packaging tasks according to company procedures and quality standards
• Operate, monitor, or assist with machinery and equipment as trained and assigned
• Inspect products for defects and report quality issues to a supervisor or lead
• Accurately count, label, sort, and package finished goods
• Load and unload materials, products, or supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
• Meet individual and team production goals
• Accurately complete required production logs or paperwork
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting preferred, not required
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed
