What you’ll do

The project coordinator position is an early career marketing agency opportunity to work with a creative, interdisciplinaryteam, acting as a link between account managers and production departments.

Responsibilities include:
  • Attend applicable meetings for assigned clients, take thorough notes and coordinate action items
  • Create and manage tickets within agency project management software (Click Up), ensuring information is up to date and assigned to the correct team member
  • Oversee the quality of work delivered, ensuring it meets both client and agency standards
  • Share completed work with clients for review, coordinating feedback and revisions when needed
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, on budget and on brief
  • Collaborate with agency teams to manage aligned and compelling multi-channel campaigns, utilizing PR, digital, social media and advertising platforms to deliver maximum impact
  • Work with the Senior project manager to account for team resourcing, workload balance and project prioritization
  • Keep apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments
  • Contribute to the overall profitability of the company
  • Other duties, as required
What you’ll bring to the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a marketing agency environment
  • Experience with project management tools (i.e. Click Up, Wrike, Basecamp) and the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
