* The Director, Brand Marketing leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of G/FORE’s direct‑to‑consumer and wholesale marketing campaigns, ensuring they drive measurable brand and revenue growth. This role will work closely with the Digital team to reflect on past reporting, and work to meet projections. The leader in this role must understand creative and the value of brand identity to develop and execute high-impact integrated programs across different media channels, problem-solve under pressure, and demonstrate effective communication skills.

* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*** Develop and lead the brand’s integrated marketing strategy to drive growth and awareness.
* Stay attuned to cultural and fashion trends, ensuring G/FORE’s presence remains relevant, elevated, and aspirational.
* Collaborate with the Digital and Creatives teams to oversee strategy, calendar, and execution for G/FORE’s marketing campaigns.
* Identify and execute strategic partnerships and collaborations that reinforce the G/FORE brand DNA.
* Oversee the tour player and ambassador roster as the main contact for all agents, strengthening and expanding relationships.
* Main contact with PR agency to expand the breadth of the brand reach – working in tandem with the paid advertising team as needed.
* Align with finance on fiscal year budgets, overseeing invoices and spend for the Brand Marketing budget.
* Work closely with the Director of Partnerships and International to align on key initiatives.
* Collaborate with Retail Marketing and Wholesale teams to bring campaigns to life in boutiques, shop-in-shops, and retail events, globally.
* Conceptualize and execute unique experiences in-line with brand campaigns, applicable golf tournaments, charity events, and more.
* Oversee the Social Media Manager to align with the brand campaign schedule, work with ambassadors, and remain relevant in the retention marketing space.

* COMPETENCIES:

*** Strong understanding of luxury brand marketing and consumer psychology.
* Experience building and activating integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, and partnership channels.
* Ability to connect creative storytelling with data-driven insights.
* Excellent project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior leadership.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with high attention to detail and a bias for action.
** DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
*** Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
* 7+ years of marketing campaign experience.
* Management experience.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Apple iOS, Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools, and scheduling applications such as Asana or
* Apparel knowledge & luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
