Build Sense specializes in single family homes and major residential renovations and additions. Build Sense projects from residential to commercial to historic preservation in traditional to modern styles have earned recognitions and awards from respected organizations both inside and outside the fields of design and construction.

Build Sense is looking to engage a part-time marketing coordinator to creatively help develop and maintain our brand in the Triangle. Our top priorities include a website and content management, graphic design for promotional materials, increasing SEO, maintaining social media presence, and seeking out local avenues to bring in new sales leads.

• Weekly meetings to discuss current and future projects
• Search engine optimization with monthly reporting
• Website content management, maintenance, and accessibility
• Google review management, business listing, and Google ads management
• Social media management that includes photography and content creation
• Graphic design for ads, signs, e-blasts, holiday mailers, and general promotional material
• Press releases and E-blasts
• Sponsorship vetting, proposals, and attending events with marketing materials
• Managing marketing organization on server
• Managing company events
• Support, development, and distribution of marketing and sales materials
• Architectural and construction awards/submittal presentation preparation and support

• Knowledge in SEO and Google Analytics Data management
• High level comfort with graphic design
• Knowledge of the current marketing platforms and social media management
• HTML and website design experience
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Efficiency and time management skills
• Proven experience in marketing
• Excellent communication
• Undergraduate degree
• Reliable transportation for visiting job sites
• Ability to safely maneuver on active construction sites for photography and documentation of different phases
