Associate Director of Youth Ministries

The Associate Director of Youth Ministries at Hayes Barton United Methodist Church will collaborate closely with the Director of Youth Ministries to fulfill our Youth Mission: to foster a relationship with Christ among youth, guiding them to become lifelong disciples who worship God, serve others, and love their neighbors. This role involves providing structure for the spiritual and emotional growth of youth, utilizing organizational skills and passion for youth to develop a healthy, relationship-based ministry.

Key Responsibilities include:

Qualifications: A growing relationship with Christ, passion for youth ministry, strong organizational skills, and leadership experience in a church or related field. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of youth ministry experience. Skills in technology, social media, and music are preferred.
