Description

ScheduleWe are looking for one or two different RN or LPNs
** weekend shifts available**
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Evaluates and treats clients with appropriate level of skill according to client's needs under the supervision of an RN, Clinical Manager.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Attend school with client
- Verbal demonstrations of client rights and responsibilities
- Support case management by coordinating patient care plans and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Demonstrate proper use of equipment.
- Ensure HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
- All other duties assigned.

Additional Requirements:
A specific understanding of geographical/cultural requirements of branch office is preferred. Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers. Ability to use computerized systems. Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Bi-lingual preferred
