JobPurpose

PRN Nurse will travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and follow-up visits via Assessments within the Client's place of residence. The RN will evaluate the patient's condition and complete appropriate clinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director. The RN will implement and update the Patient Care Plan in conjunction with the patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems, document, and report to the Nursing Supervisor.
Positions available ASAP.
Wake County, Orange County, Durham County, Johnson County, Nash County, and many others. Travel to assigned client locations within these areas as needed.
Licensure/Certification Requirements- Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing License Required
- Current CPR certification
- TB Test
- Flat Rate per Admission or Assessment
- Office hours as needed at Hourly Pay Rate
- Flexible Work schedule (Pick your own schedule, pick your own days, pick your own time, pick your own locations)
- NC driver's license in good standing, Active Car Insurance
- Current TB
- Current CPR
- Must work well independently, enjoy problem-solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation
Minimum Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
