Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers operate independently as the sole clinical provider, managing acute and episodic patient care with established protocols and support staff.
Clinical duties include assessing, diagnosing, treating, performing urgent procedures, ordering labs/imaging, prescribing medications, and patient education.
Schedule:
3 shifts/week (12 hours), rotating weekends, no on-call, with flexible scheduling and overtime opportunities.
Compensation: $55–$70/hour, approx. $103K–$131K annually, with incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications:
NC licensure or eligible, BLS/ACLS, 1+ year urgent care/emergency/primary care experience preferred.
