Nealy Pierce has been exclusively engaged by a respected, non-profit community hospital in Eastern North Carolina to recruit a Director of Acute Care Nursing.

This leadership opportunity includes oversight of:

• 4 Med/Surg Units + PCU
• 155+ teammates
• Well supported by 2 Nurse Managers + 2 Clinical Coordinators + Charge RN's and a Department Educator

  Master’s preferred
• 5+ years acute care nursing experience
