Office-Based Pre and Post-Anesthesia Nurse; RN | PRN

Providence Anesthesiology Associates Mobile is hiring a Part‑Time/PRN PACU RN in the Raleigh Area. This role offers a flexible schedule (ideally 2–3 days per week) with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. The RN will work in an office‑based setting across multiple partner facilities, providing peri‑anesthesia care to patients throughout the perioperative process.

• Prepare patients for anesthesia by assessing their health status and providing education.
• Assist anesthesiologists during procedures, ensuring smooth and safe anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and responses throughout the perioperative period.
• Provide post‑anesthesia recovery care, including pain management and patient assessment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and certifications.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care, ICU, ER, or PACU.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (if applicable).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high‑pressure situations and as part of a team.
