Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

ERP International is seeking a full‑time Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support the Referral Management Center at the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC.

Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, no weekends, no on‑call or call‑back.

• Review referrals for administrative, clinical completeness, and appropriateness; validate requested medical services and authorize surgery/medical procedures, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and general hospital procedures and regulations; collaborate with TRICARE Regional Office Clinical Liaison Nurse and MTF Liaison to address process issues or concerns.
• Schedule referral appointments in accordance with Access to Care standards within the direct care system or outside the MTF with network/non‑network providers for 90% of all referrals.
• Provide timely, descriptive feedback regarding utilization review issues.
• Input first right of refusal referrals into CHCS and the database within one business day of referral date.
• Submit referrals to non‑network providers to TRICARE Service Center (TSC) for processing.
• Receive and make patient telephone calls and computer‑written correspondence regarding specialty clinic appointments and referrals.
• Track referral reports, obtain results within required timelines, and follow up as necessary; ensure paper referral results are properly filed in the patient's health record.

• Certificate in LPN/LVN from a state board of nursing approved training program or equivalent military training that permits sitting for the state licensure examination.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• At least one year of recent practical or vocational nursing experience within the last two years.
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
• Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance.
