• Days, evenings, and night shifts available
• Full‑time or part‑time; all shifts with every other weekend required
• 8‑ and 12‑hour shifts to support work‑life balance

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university
• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of experience in long‑term care
