Travel/Contract Registered Nurse position in progressive care for a 13‑week assignment in or near Raleigh, North Carolina. Provide high‑quality nursing care during day and night shifts while receiving competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit, monitoring vital signs and responding to patient needs promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility protocols.
Execute medication administration and ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Support patient comfort and education, addressing questions and providing guidance during their recovery process.
Valid nursing degree (BSN, ADN, or equivalent)
State nursing license
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent progressive care nursing experience
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail

ACLS certification
