Position: Travel/Contract Registered Nurse - Progressive Care - Days + Nights Available!

Travel/Contract Registered Nurse position in progressive care for a 13‑week assignment in or near Raleigh, North Carolina. Provide high‑quality nursing care during day and night shifts while receiving competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit, monitoring vital signs and responding to patient needs promptly.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility protocols.

  • Execute medication administration and ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.

  • Support patient comfort and education, addressing questions and providing guidance during their recovery process.

  • Qualifications:
    • Valid nursing degree (BSN, ADN, or equivalent)

    • State nursing license

    • BLS certification

    • Minimum 1 year of recent progressive care nursing experience

    • Ability to work flexible hours

    • Strong communication skills

    • Attention to detail

    Preferred

    Skills:
    • ACLS certification
