Registered Nurse with a passion for primary health care. Our friendly general practice in South Lake is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Immunisations
- Assisting with procedures and minor surgeries
- ECG's
- Chronic Disease Management
- Health Assessments
- Patient triage and support for GPs
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and assisting with recall and reminders
- Providing cover for staff leave, including holiday and sick leave, as required
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Immunisation Certificate (or willingness to complete)
- Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures
