Are you an RN with prior Minimum Data Set (MDS) experience? Then come join our Team!
ResponsibilitiesAs an MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring the center stays in compliance with current professional practice standards, physician's orders, company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
