Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) – Hiring

New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is actively hiring Team Members for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in New Paltz, NY.

We are offering a $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus and wages up to $32.65 per hour based on experience and shift, with a base rate of $28.33 – $31.90 and an additional $0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights. Daily Pay is also available.

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Helping Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
• Monitoring Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with State Registry
