Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Utica, NY.
We offer a sign‑on bonus of $5,000 and daily pay to provide faster access to earnings.
Pay Range: $30.50 - $32.25 per hour based on experience, with an additional $1.00 shift differential for evenings and nights.

- Collect required information from new residents to be admitted.
- Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Help residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
