Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized dialysis care in a hospital setting
- Manage patient treatments during night shifts (3x12 hours)
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
- Complete required documentation and assessments
- Current State Licensure as an RN
- Minimum of 1 year recent dialysis experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, background, and drug tests
- Up-to-date physical, TB test, respiratory fit test, and titers (MMR, Hep B, Varicella)
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses
- Maintain documentation and patient records accurately
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in team communication and patient care planning
