PRN Nursewill travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and followup visits via Assessments within Client placeof residence. RN will evaluate patient’s condition, completing appropriate clinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director. RN will implement and update Patient Care Plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution ofneeds/problems, document, and report to Nursing Supervisor.

• Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing License Required
• Current CPR certification
• TB Test
