**✨ What You'll Do*
* ✔️ Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients with complex cardiac conditions

✔️ Assess, monitor, and manage cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and patient response to treatment

✔️ Care for patients before and after cardiac and vascular procedures

✔️ Safely administer cardiac medications, drips, and evidence-based therapies

✔️ Recognize subtle changes in patient condition and respond quickly to prevent clinical deterioration

✔️ Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary care team

✔️ Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, lifestyle modifications, and discharge planning

✔️ Participate in quality improvement initiatives, professional development, and mentorship opportunities

** Ideal Candidates Have*
* ✅ Current RN License

✅ BLS Certification

✅ At least one year of acute care nursing experience

**⭐ Preferred*
* Cardiac, Progressive Care (PCU), Stepdown, Telemetry, or Medical-Surgical nursing experience

Strong cardiac assessment and rhythm interpretation skills

Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities
