Emergency Department Manager - Up to 15% Annual Bonus plus Relocation package
Lead a Growing Emergency DepartmentWe are seeking an experienced Emergency Department leader to oversee daily operations, develop frontline talent, and drive operational and clinical excellence during an exciting period of departmental growth.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-focused nursing leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and creating a positive culture while maintaining accountability for quality, patient experience, and department performance.
What You'll Do- Provide operational and clinical leadership for a busy Emergency Department.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff and frontline leaders.
- Partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and departmental performance.
- Drive key initiatives related to throughput, sepsis, stroke, patient satisfaction, quality, and safety.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Serve as a visible, hands‑on leader who supports staff throughout daily operations.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of a growing department.

- BSN required.
- Active RN license
- 7+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience improving metrics such as sepsis, stroke, throughput, patient satisfaction, quality, safety, staffing, or employee engagement.
