We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department leader to oversee daily operations, develop frontline talent, and drive operational and clinical excellence during an exciting period of departmental growth.

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for a busy Emergency Department.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff and frontline leaders.
• Partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and departmental performance.
• Drive key initiatives related to throughput, sepsis, stroke, patient satisfaction, quality, and safety.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Serve as a visible, hands‑on leader who supports staff throughout daily operations.

• BSN required.
• Active RN license
• 7+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience improving metrics such as sepsis, stroke, throughput, patient satisfaction, quality, safety, staffing, or employee engagement.
