Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

The Staff Pad is partnering with a mission-driven pediatric surgery organization to recruit dependable Certified Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their anesthesia team supporting surgical services at their Raleigh, NC location. Join a collaborative care team and provide anesthesia services for pediatric and adult special-needs patients undergoing restorative dental and oral surgery.

Schedule:

Full-Time | Salaried | 3, 4, or 5 OR Days/Week | No calls, weekends or holidays Practice Highlights Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Raleigh area 3 operating rooms with approximately 7–10 cases per day per OR General anesthesia support for restorative dental procedures and oral surgery in pediatric and adult special needs patients Flexible schedule of 3, 4, or 5 OR days per week, allowing the candidate to select the schedule that best fits their preferences and work-life balance Immediate start available What You'll Do The CRNAs will work in a care team model under the medical direction of an on-sire Anesthesiologist Provide anesthesia care in an ASC setting Provide general anesthesia for restorative dental procedures and oral surgery Care for pediatric and adult special-needs patients Work within a care team model with on-site anesthesiologist medical direction Participate in approximately 9-hour scheduled OR days Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams Support surgical services across 3 operating rooms Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care throughout procedures What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (MSN, DNP, or DNAP) Current NBCRNA certification Active North Carolina RN and APRN/CRNA license or eligibility to obtain Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification as applicable Experience providing anesthesia care, preferably in an ASC setting Comfortable working with pediatric and adult special-needs patients Ability to work within a care team model with anesthesiologist medical direction Clean licensure and malpractice history Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills What You Can Expect Competitive Compensation based on experience and chosen schedule + $10,000 signing bonus Salary paid on a standard payroll cycle regardless of weekly case volume 6 weeks off per year, built into the schedule Medical malpractice/professional liability coverage North Carolina licensure and credentialing costs covered If you're an experienced anesthesiologist looking to make a meaningful difference for children, families, and special needs patients while working in a collaborative team environment, this opportunity is for you.
